If you are not completely satisfied with any item that you buy from Motion Software, Inc., we will exchange it or give you a 100% refund of your purchase price (less shipping charges). This guarantee applies for the first 30 days after you receive the product.

Beyond the initial 30 days, for as long as you own our software (you must be the original purchaser), you may may obtain FREE replacement CD's or USB Security Keys if they become defective or are damaged. Just return the defective merchandise to Motion Software, Inc., and we will replace it at no charge. If you have lost the CD or the USB Key, please call for replacement pricing.

For refunds, we ask that you return all product materials in their original condition (software can be returned even if the package has been opened, providing the CD-ROM and USB Security Key are in perfect condition; no scratches, functional, etc.). You are responsible for shipping the product back to us.
